He stated, “Utah is one of the fastest-growing states in the nation, and @AGCofUtah is helping build that future. With 660+ member firms completing 85% of our state’s commercial construction, we talked about how to support this vital industry and continue growing our workforce.”

Owens has served as representative for Utah’s 4th District since replacing Ben McAdams in 2021. Born in Columbus, Ohio in 1951, he currently resides in Salt Lake City and graduated from the University of Miami in 1974.
