Children begin gathering at Whisperwood Park at 6:00 PM to decorate their bikes. At 6:30 PM they start the parade down down 700 E to Bellevue Park where everyone is invited for fun, free, family entertainment.
Bikes, skateboards, scooters, wagons, wheelchairs, roller-skates...all are welcome!
