Burgess Owens, a U.S. Congressman representing Utah's 4th district since 2021, recently shared his views and activities through a series of tweets. Owens has been vocal about various legislative initiatives and community engagements.

On January 22, 2025, Owens expressed his support for Sarah's Law, emphasizing the need for swift justice for crimes committed by migrant individuals in the United States. He stated: "Justice delayed is justice denied. I cosponsored Sarah's Law to ensure that migrant criminals who harm citizens receive swift an unequivocal justice here in the United States."

Later on the same day, Owens updated his constituents about ongoing mobile office hours at Fairview City Hall. He encouraged individuals needing assistance with VA benefits, passport renewals, IRS refunds, or other federal agency matters to visit: "Team Owens is finishing up today's mobile office hours at Fairview City Hall—here until 3:30 pm MT. If you need help with VA benefits, passport renewals, IRS refunds, or any federal agency, come on down!"

Additionally, Owens addressed concerns about education standards in failing school districts and advocated for the Educational Choice for Children Act. He noted: "Millions of kids in failing school districts can't meet reading/writing standards, and our national test scores are in freefall. The Educational Choice for Children Act will empower parents—not ZIP codes or bureaucrats—to decide what's best for their kids' future."
