Later that same day, Owens addressed foreign policy concerns regarding security threats from Iranian-backed Houthis: "For too long, the Iranian-backed Houthis have terrorized international shipping and targeted American forces. Under President Trump, those attacks won’t go unanswered. America will respond with overwhelming force to protect our people and our interests."
