Rep. Burgess Owens, currently serving as a member of the U.S. Congress for Utah’s 4th district, shared a series of statements and appreciation messages through his social media account. Owens, who has been in office since 2021 after succeeding Ben McAdams, emphasized key points concerning the U.S. education system and air mobility developments.

On April 8, 2025, Rep. Burgess Owens expressed gratitude towards Rep. Kevin Hern, emphasizing the need for a significant change in the American education system. According to Owens, this "generational disruption" would grant "students and parents control over their future" and shift authority back to the state level. He identified "nationwide school choice" as the progressive method forward ("Thank you @RepKevinHern for your support... Nationwide school choice is the way forward.")

On the same day, Owens also conveyed his thanks to Rep. Baumgartner in a brief social media post ("Thank you for your support, @RepBaumgartner!").

Later that day, Burgess Owens addressed Utah's progress on air mobility during a GOP Transport hearing. He inquired from aviation leaders regarding preparations for the 2034 Olympics in Salt Lake City and emphasized the importance of maintaining a balance between safety and innovation in the sector ("Utah is leading the charge on air mobility... to ensure that safety and innovation continue to work hand-in-hand.").
