Burgess Owens, a U.S. Congressman representing Utah's 4th district, has been vocal on social media about pressing issues concerning voter ID laws, education accreditation, and antisemitism on school campuses. His latest posts express strong opinions about potential racism, educational standards, and international relations.

On April 9, 2025, Owens addressed critiques of voter ID laws, stating, "The Soft Bigotry of Low Expectations". He criticized arguments suggesting that Black Americans are incapable of obtaining identification, asserting that these claims are both racist and serve as a pretense to facilitate voter fraud.

In another post that same day, Owens discussed his views on education accreditation, "Radical accreditors have weaponized the system against conservative institutions...". He announced his ACE Act as a response, aimed at opposing accreditors he believes endanger conservative school values through mandated DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) programs.

Later, Owens commented on alleged antisemitism issues on school grounds, stating, "These schools had 2 years to take care of their antisemitism problem." He criticized institutions for choosing to negotiate with pro-Hamas groups that were reportedly non-compliant with school rules and federal law, suggesting that these schools will now have to contend with former President Trump.
